MSP has once again enjoyed success exhibiting at Advanced Engineering UK. The show proved an excellent opportunity for the team to discuss exciting future projects with existing customers and network with new contacts we hope to work with. MSP has exhibited at Advanced Engineering since 2011 and the show has continued year on year to be a prime occasion for professionals within the manufacturing sector to attend.

Advanced Engineering is the UK’s largest annual gathering of engineering and manufacturing professionals, with the aim to inspire the future of the industry and provide an opportunity to source new suppliers, build connections and learn about the latest developments and trends within the sector.

This year, MSP exhibited on Stand H135 opposite the Silverstone Technology Cluster VIP Lounge. Over two days, the team showcased MSP’s various products and their ability to solve complex part problems for right-first-time CNC machining.

Visitors of the stand learned how AutoClock automates probe setup and calibration; how NC-Checker highlights the performance of CNC machine tools and how NC-PartLocator automates part location and provides on-machine part inspection. These products all work together end-to-end to fully remove errors from the part production process.

Space on the stand was also dedicated to case studies and showcased how MSP has helped different companies in various industries. For example, how MSP helped SST Technology increase the amount of parts they were producing per week by 7 times using NC-Checker and NC-PartLocator. Likewise, how these products helped BAE Systems reduce production time for the Eurofighter Typhoon’s foreplane from 7 days to just 4 hours.

As MSP’s Commercial Director, Tony Brown, explains: “Advanced Engineering is always a great opportunity to catch up with existing customers and partners whilst also meeting others we can support to achieve the automated and accurate CNC machining of complex parts. In particular, it was great to see and catch up with some of the teams from Biesse UK, CMS and Hexagon”.

If you were unable to attend the show, but would like to learn more about MSP’s PerfectPart suite of solutions and how we could help you with your upcoming CNC machining projects get in touch with the team here.
